أنبأ أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ أَبِي مُزَاحِمٍ، ثنا أَبُو شَيْبَةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: " كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ فِي غَيْرِ جَمَاعَةٍ بِعِشْرِينَ رَكْعَةٍ، وَالْوِتْرِ

Kai muhaddisin ne is riwayat ko zaif ka or uske sath is riawayat ke mukabale me amma ayasa radiyallaha Anha ki 11 rakat tarhweeh wali hadees ke khilaf bataya 


1) imam Abu bakar al buseeri is 20 rakat ki riwayat ko nakal karne ke baad kahte hai


وَمَدَارُ أَسَانِيدِهِمْ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ، وَمَعَ ضَعْفِهِ مُخَالِفٌ لِمَا رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي صَحِيحِهِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: “كَانَتْ صَلَاةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ – صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ – بِاللَّيْلِ فِي رَمَضَانَ وَغَيْرِهِ ثَلَاثَ عشرة ركعة منها ركعتي الْفَجْرِ.

 par hai aur ye zaif hai aur zaif hone ke sath sath ye hadees us hadees ke khilaf bhi hai jise imam muslim ne apni sahih me amma ayasa radiyallaha Anha ki riwayat kiya hai ki unhone farmaya ki Nabi ﷺ ki Rath ki namaz ramzan aur ghair ramzan me 13 rakat hoti thi aur unme fajr ki 2 rakat samil hoti thi

وَأما مَا رَوَاهُ بن أبي شيبَة من حَدِيث بن عَبَّاسٍ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي فِي رَمَضَانَ عِشْرِينَ رَكْعَةً وَالْوِتْرَ فَإِسْنَادُهُ ضَعِيفٌ وَقَدْ عَارَضَهُ حَدِيثُ عَائِشَةَ هَذَا الَّذِي فِي الصَّحِيحَيْنِ مَعَ كَوْنِهَا أَعْلَمَ بِحَالِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْلًا مِنْ غَيرهَا
